[Bug]: Desktop client not starting since latest update (Mint Mate, flatpak)

Bug description

After flatpak client update the client is not starting anymore.

Nextcloud Desktop 3.11.0 from flatpak

No file sync works, no systray icon, nextcloud process sits in the background chewing %60 of one CPU core

I have the same error on Fedora 38 with flatpak version 3.11.0:
