[Bug]: Dragging file from one tab to another in Windows' 'File Explorer' fails

Bug description

If a user has tabs open in File Explorer on Windows 11 and tries to move a file by dragging it from the file list in the open tab to the file list in another tab the file appears to move but then the address bar shows a progress indicator for a moment and then the file goes back to the original folder.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have multiple folders in nextcloud
2. Have a file in at least one of them
3. open both folders as tabs in the same File Explorer window
4. Drag a file from one folder to the other using the tabs
5. wait a moment and watch it fail

Expected behavior

The file should move from the origin folder to the destination folder

Not sure which version fixed this, but it seems to be resolved in 3.11.1
