Desktop Client show incorrect time under activity #3874

Via web the activity is showing the correct time but under the desktop app is showing different both the server and desktops are on the same time zone

somehow I can reproduce differences in the timing because he desktop client is showing the time of activities at the time of fetch by the client while web view is refreshed

This is still present in the Windows client version 3.4.1.
