Why

• have a nice roadmap for phase 1-4
• create all the documents we want to have before implementation

Outcomes

for all phases:

• some design principles
  • e.g. how to organize state / approach to state (one god object or no)
  • give as much info as possible

for each phase:

• functional requirements
• user flows / actions users can take in the app (high level)
• rough structure of state, e.g. what things to keep track of and what objects / structure to use to keep track of them
• UI mock/sketches that can be discussed (based on user flows)
  • rough idea of what components to make for UI
