Make sure the BIC node is running our latest tools

upgrade and redeploy

  • aggregated node
    • PPMI
    • Calgary
  • open node
    • QPN
  • f-API
  • query tool

ensure it all still works (especially login etc)

Do this after neurobagel/query-tool#433 is addressed so we can use a custom plausible domain in the BIC query tool
