Once neurobagel/bagel-cli#175 is closed, we should:

  • document the new any-or-none behaviour for availability of an assessment, on this page https://neurobagel.org/dictionaries/#assessment-tool
  • provide instructions for rerunning the CLI upon a breaking change, maybe here or on the CLI page, that say:
    • old data dictionaries are still valid
    • user just needs to regenerate the graph-ready data and replace the existing graph
