Tablet view/layout

A custom view, toggled or suggested to the user once Microdraw detects that User-Agent is a tablet/mobile, to improve UX with multi-touching and stylus.

Some ideas:

• Request full screen from the browser
• Brush painting regions (adding & subtracting modes), instead of just tracing
• Paint bucket
• Custom draggable tool bar, e.g MS Surface Dial but software-based
• Translucid chat in a corner, maybe a virtual keyboard?

#38 would be one of the advancements.
