Unknown vertices between fsaverage Cammoun regions

Hi, I'm trying to run an algorithm on the Cammoun parcellation in fsaverage space. However, I ran into issues and believe that they are caused by vertices that are labelled as unknown that exist between other parcels. Attached is a plot of the parcellation projected onto the inflated surface and vertices labelled as 'unknown' are shown in red:

Is there anything I can do to fix this?
