HTTPS Error when I try to install some plugins.

Hello, i want to install some plugin in netbox, but I habe this error when i try to build image :

I have followed multiple time the wiki, search some problem like me...

Without plugin, netbox work fine.
I also checked the compatible version between the plugin and netbox.

I expected to install plugin by following the wiki.

Yes I checked some stackoverflow post and docker dns, but it don't work.
