pip modules for custom scripts

Hello,

I'm working on custom script what will allow to interact with external system (Alermanager) from Custom Scripts to do it i would like to use pylertalertmanager pip module. Can you please suggest what is the proper way how to install pip modules used for custom scripts ?
Our Netbox is running in Docker container inside Kubernetes.
