Health Check on Postgres, Redis, Traefik

I hope to get input so that i can decide if I want to implement a health check for Postgres, Redis and Traefik Container.

• The fact that there is no healthcheck implementet for redis and postgres make me think that it is not benefial.

• Maybe it would bring a additional error source and therefore brings more disadvantages than advantages.
