These are sometimes analyzed as MWEs, but the annotations are inconsistent.

Note that "not even if" occurs, which would be problematic if not_even and even_if are both treated as MWEs.

Can't there be nested MWE's? aren't nested MWE actually a phenomenon naturally arising in natural language? I'm new to streusle, just learned of it via a UD issue about long proper nouns and following here since. Actually I'm not sure sure why some of these particular expressions (even if, even though, not even) need to have MWE status.
