generate stats with each commit?

The CGELBank build script creates a file with stats about the data as well as an index of trees. The former is useful for finding inconsistencies e.g. in function word categories. The latter is good for browsing the sentences and reviewing notes etc. I suspect it would be easy to add these to this repo with a GitHub action.
