Differential expression analysis

Hi Nick,

I am finally at the differential enrichment analysis step! You mentioned that both EdgeR or DESEQ would work for the analysis. In the EdgeR analysis you set the library size manually, but do you know how to do it in DESEQ2? If possible, could you please share some sample code for the analysis?
