Build failing (provider setting not found) / Nuget package is not up to date #4

Hi,

the currently published nuget package seems to be not up to date. I've read in an earlier issue that the package gets deployed automatically after a successful build. As the build is currently failing, this might be the reason there is no current nuget package.

The error from AppVeyor seems to be the following one:

Error creating GitHub release: Provider setting not found or it's value is empty. If secure setting is used please check that value was encrypted (or YAML was exported) while being logged under correct account.
Parameter name: auth_token

It would be great if we can fix the build again.

@kpko thanks for reporting. see #3 , we have to update the token every year :(

@b-r-o-c-k do you have a nuget account handy to do this? Or should I set up my own?

Updated API key (I hope): cc5ac8c

doxygen download is failing for some reason:

doxygen.portable v1.8.11 [Approved] - Likely broken for FOSS users (due to download location changes)
doxygen.portable package files upgrade completed. Performing other installation steps.
