Interesting issue, let's start with clarifying parts of the TLS settings. The block The block CA certificates for validating public certificates already exists in the container and shouldn't be needed. You can test if there are some network related issues by executing

Thank you for clarification, I was confused about this I use the same internal Issuer with self-signed cert for all components. So I deployed the SDA without any network policy for testing purposes. There is no network policy in the namespace, so no restriction are applied.

maybe a shot in the dark, but try downgrading the sda-mq charts to something that has 3.12.x as Rabbitmq version, maybe a version from December 🤔 might be good
