catalog-datacenters result is not consistent with the rest of the operations #2

Right now catalog-datacenters return something like

user=> (consul/catalog-datacenters :local)
{:body ("dc1")}

where most of the operations would unwrap the :body section, returning something like

(better-consul/catalog-datacenters :local)
("dc1")

This change would improve consistency in general.
