Early bonder necc haircut 20%

Not sure if this issue is already fixed but copy pasting it here from discord just to be safe:

"Early bonders, haven't been perfectly optimal with staking on every hour but certainly have still > x5 per day. As it stands bonders have around 20% haircut from swapped necc at bond to nnecc accumulated (adding in the necc to be received in the next 12 hours) How have we lost this much nnecc? Surely at most we would have lost 6% of the premium (and that would be considering 0 staking) "
