Hot Reloading support?

I got hot loading working using this https://github.com/agrcrobles/react-native-web-boilerplate project as a reference.
But that project is very simple doesn't have dll support and isn't very production ready. I've forked this project and added it. Should I create pull request for it?

Well I diverged too much from this repo and created my own boilerplate which I use across projects.
