The wrap plugin is almost an official part of DokuWiki, being one of the six available for download on the DokuWiki download page itself. It being so commonly available, it would be nice if <WRAP> and <block> tags could be folded, given that they often fall into the same semantic niche that header sections do.

I've started attempting to implement this myself, but I'm finding the documentation on Vimscript's syntax manipulation fairly impenetrable.
