This PR bundles a number of improvements for the NeuroPython workshop:

  • new function: navis.ivscc_features()
  • navis.tortuosity now doesn't sub-sample segments by default
  • all neurons + Volumes now implement __add/sub__ for easy offsetting
  • resample_skeleton now allows arbitrary columns to be included in resampling
  • cable_length and prune_twigs now accept a mask parameter
  • a number of smaller fixes
