According to sakdeniz#7864,
Supported file formats on NFT: .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .svg, .webp, .wav, .ogg, .mp3, .webm, .mp4, .mov

It's also agreed that we will use some icons for audios and videos.
and when user taps to icon, we will open a webview/modal to play the video/audio
