Unable to assign tags to Vendors #354

Environment

Python version: 3.11
Nautobot version: 2.2.4
nautobot-device-lifecycle-mgmt version: 2.1.1

Expected Behavior

Assigning a tag to a Vendor stays assigned.

Observed Behavior

The option to assign a tag to a Vendor appears in the GUI but when assigned, if you go back to the Vendor details, the tag is not longer there.

Steps to Reproduce

Create Vendor
Assign tag to Vendor
Exit Vendor detail screen
Go back to vendor detail screen
