Link in the Report for 'Model' is not url safe

Environment

• Python version: 3.11
• Nautobot version: 1.6.2
• nautobot-plugin-device-lifecycle-mgmt version: 1.3.2

Expected Behavior

Link that appears in the report to link to the correct Device Type.

Observed Behavior

Once clicked on, no devices appear under the filtered view

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Device Type with + in the name
2. Generate a Report
3. View the report, click on one of the links (device type with + symbol) for filtering into the Devices
4. Recognize that there's no devices and device type is non existent. Also, observe the link before clicking.
