consistency with icm videos

I think we made some tiny improvements to the ICM videos that we should incorporate here.

• videos don't auto-play?
• videos are sized bigger by default?

You're absolutely right. Once I have the fullscreen video in place with a few other fixes, I'll try to get the submodule thing going, which unfortunately isn't very straightforward with GH Pages.

If nothing else, I'll just come up with a sane way to check things in back and forth.

I did this manually for now in d12867c. I'm still not decided on what weird combination of subtrees and submodules would automate this—manually pulling may just be the easiest way.
