Profile Update Removes Existing Attachments (Images, CV, NID) #72

When users update their profiles, existing attachments (images, CVs, NID) are removed. This causes inconvenience and potential data loss.

Steps to Reproduce:

Upload attachments to a profile.
Update profile information without re-uploading attachments.
Save the profile update.

Expected Behavior:

Existing attachments should remain intact unless explicitly replaced by the user.

Actual Behavior:

Updating the profile removes all previously uploaded attachments.

Impact:

Users must repeatedly re-upload attachments.
Important documents may be lost unintentionally.

Suggested Fix:

Ensure that existing attachments are preserved during profile updates unless the user uploads new ones.
