Unable to access the tracker. Access denyed

Hi. I have created a torrent file to test that everything is working correctly. I put in this for the tracker: udp:/ipaddress:port
However on the consone window on my vps server I get 500 access denyed. I am able to type the address into my browser and see that the server is running. How can I fix this? I have an access token, but I am not sure where to enter it in the tracker info. I use qbittorrent.
