Incorrect information on data encoding of chromatogram #64

Chromatogram table has data_encoding_id column, however the corresponding value in the data_encoding column does not match the real encoding. Please, see the attached example. The encoding id corresponds to fitted. The real encoding seems to be float32, float32 preceded by the int32 corresponding to the number of data points in the chromatogram in all cases.
