No paths allowed for shared library error, I'm using Windows and I don't know how to import the library.

Hi @jgarzon94. Did you get to find a fix for this issue. I am meeting the same on my end.
MySQL 5.1.73 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.8 (Santiago)
When trying to install, I get error similar to issue : ERROR 1124 (HY000): No paths allowed for shared library
