Hexajuice websocket adapter

Implement simple wrapper around hexajuice that allows applications to issue commands and receive results in the hexajuice json format via a websocket connection.
The wrapper will enable anything supporting websocket based communication to send and receive unicast and muticast hexabus packets.

The wrapper will be written in javascript using nodejs and run on the hexbus base station (rasbpi).
