vB4 Merger - Invalid user specified for "get_upload_avatar_name" #215

I'm attempting to convert/merge a vB 4.2.5 database to MyBB 1.8.20

While most of it went smoothly, I'm stuck on the avatar import.

I keep getting the following error:

Invalid user specified for "get_upload_avatar_name"

Any clue as how to fix this?
