In 0.2.3, Terraform always tries to delete default recipients

The module is trying to remove global notification settings for each check because it's not declared in my TF code.
If I apply this code, it won't actually remove my notification settings for each check since theses are my default notification settings.

I feel like the default behavior should use global notification settings as default recipients.
