I've updated to 4.4 last October, however, since then, my app kept its dysfunction like this.
I've also tried several times reinstalling even the older version, but the bug is still there.

and try to run MuseScore Studio 4 again

Have you ever installed MuseScore 4.x.x. on your machine and it worked fine?

Also, please try to run MuseScore several times, then go to c:\Users_user name_\AppData\Local\MuseScore ,
find and zip MuseScore4 folder and attach it here
