[docs] Demo LazyLoadingGrid crashes

• I have searched for similar issues in this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.
• This issue was mentioned earlier but was closed, and not much info was provided to recreate it again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open https://mui.com/x/react-data-grid/row-updates/#lazy-loading
2. Scroll fast a couple of times
3. demo LazyLoadingGrid crashes

I can no longer reproduce it on the latest master branch https://master--material-ui-x.netlify.app/x/react-data-grid/row-updates/#lazy-loading
Will check after this week's release to make sure it's fixed.

This seems to me a consistently reported spam issue, not sure how it keeps being reported again, here are the occurrences of it being reported earlier and closed due to no additional info provided: https://github.com/mui/mui-x/issues?q=is%3Aissue+LazyLoadingGrid+crashes+is%3Aclosed

It's not a spam, I can reproduce the issue 🙂
The users can report it through a GitHub template link in our error boundary, so the demo must have crashed for them:

The first issue I can see is that @gzrae has to constantly move the issue to the right repository, which is wrong:

spam issue

I was making the case in mui/material-ui#16746 (comment) that this should be harder to open as an issue. I think this is another example that it should be a bit harder, we are well aware that it crashes.
