Steps: open the site by clicking https://deploy-preview-39077--material-ui.netlify.app/

1. Scroll down to the bottom in Sponsors area
   2.Toggle the mode Light/Dark from the navbar
2. Scroll the page slight up and down then you will and unusual behaviour of the popup text box

Current behavior 😯

The text box is floating up down unexpectedly

Expected behavior 🤔

The text box should not be floating with scrolling.

Context 🔦

This is a minor UI related issue but it is causing a slightly down the user impression while browsing the web page.
