Templates link (bottom right card) goes to 404 page:
https://mui.com/joy-ui/joy-ui/getting-started/templates/

I would like to take this on and get my first pull request.

I looked at using Developer tools on Chrome, and it seems that the href link is incorrect.
"Installation" and "Usage" links start like this: href="/joy-ui/getting-started/[insert either Installation and Usage here]"

But, Templates looks like this: href="/joy-ui/joy-ui/getting-started/templates/"

Which should lead us to: https://mui.com/joy-ui/getting-started/templates/
Which works.

Hey @amfriedman, thanks for opening this issue! This has been fixed already in #39086 ⎯ should be up this early week.
