When it is GA, and if it does not become expensive, use Cloudflare's D1 database instead of Supabase to reduce latency.

D1 is now GA but read replicas are not available yet.

Add indexes (for quote language, etc)
Use KV or Cache API in the Worker, especially for quote languages
