Heatpump control for cooling

Not quite sure how I would go about to switch the heat pumps into cooling mode.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to set a plan for the summer time where any thermostat supporting cooling could be used to switch Air conditioning devices to cooling and set the temperature. Exceptions could include the ones in heating mode.

So maybe similar to the current heat plans, you could flag it as a cooling plan, which would switch thermostats supporting cooling to cooling mode.

Then there needs to be a way to turn off other heaters when a cooling plan is active. So is the a plan that could just turn on or off a thermostat.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A/C units can be set to automatic and they would cool or heat accordingly, but this is not energy efficient and might trigger an situation where the A/C first heats up a room and then cools it down in an infinite loop.

For example Sensibo A/C thermostat mode can be changed (Homey out-of-the box feature)
