How to deal with xsl:use-package dependency ? There's is no attribute href on this instruction.
As far I as understood, the package has to be loaded to the classpath to be used and not from an uri like xsl:import.

See cmarchand/xsl-doc#6 where @bertfrees suggest a solution.
