Breaking a populated bookshelf doesnt drop books

Breaking a bookshelf with a silent gear axe doesnt always drop a shelf

quark enchanting matrix breaks with some book shelf population combos (e.g. modded enchant books vanilla enchant, and books all on same shelf causes issues)

This is happening on buildersaddition-1.19.2-20220926a.jar
for forge 1.19.2 as well. I hope this will get fixed before 1.19 is abandoned.
