Portable midi speaker

[Suggestion]
An item version of the midi speaker that sounds from your inventory and can be placed on the floor as a block version.

Since you can only have one midi speaker active at once can't fill the town with them, so it would be nice to carry it with you everywhere and be actively disrespectful for not using headphones.
