About 50% of hands don't import into Snowie

After I download the hh to my desktop, when I try to import into Poker Snowie about 1/2 the hands give error messages--so I'm only able to review a % of the hands I play. I play 6 max cash games.

@act3 Would you be able to share any of the error messages? I do not have poker snowie.

As you can see, on the right it says “skipped some hands.” In the center is what I get when I click one of those . The errors almost all say “discarded card not valid.” Sometimes a hand says “dicarded missing cards” or “discarded missing small blind player” or “discarded empty winner list” or “unsupported hand with dead-blind.”
