0.1.0 and beyond

With only a few minor components left to wrap, here's a quick update on what to expect for 0.1.0 and beyond:

1. The opts API will be replaced with more explicit params API (regular function parameters with default values) for increased visibility and discoverability
2. Naming conventions are changing to only use MDC prefix for the main component and all of its subcomponents using trimmed logical names instead (since they're scoped to the component and do not pollute global scope). This will also make it easier to distinguish components from subcomponents
3. CSS-only support for components will be dropped in favour of automatic SCSS imports due to the fact that not all MDC components have properly working CSS distribution and limited CSS theming support
4. All custom MDC events will be simplified and standardised for consistency. Naming of events will closer match event names and be less verbose thanks to Attrs scoping unlocked in [email protected]

Post 0.1.0 the plans are as follows:

1. Fix some remaining inconsistent behaviour with MDC components (mainly when changing layout on the fly)
2. Create a full-fledged KMDC docs page which outlines each component usage with samples directly from KMDC perspective. This should make it a lot easier to get started as we will no longer have to piggyback on MDC HTML docs
3. Publish a KMDC gradle plugin which will apply correct compose version, provide typesafe DSL accessors for kmdc dependencies and will preconfigure SCSS support for any js sourceSet which has at least one kmdc dependency added.
