Hello,
I'm trying to run the OMSV workflow using a series of OM samples generated using the Saphyr technology. However, I always come across core dumped errors with all the tools present in the suite, regardless of the version. I was wondering then if the tools are compatible with the technology, or if there are limitations with the size of tools?
