The temporary-workaround-updatedat.js rule is present in this repo but hasn't been deployed to Auth0-dev.

This rule was merged December 2017.

We should either remove this rule from the repo or deploy it as it's at risk of getting deployed accidentally by auth0-ci if somebody fails to manually work around it's presence (by deleting it from their local repo before doing a deploy)

i believe its no longer necessary
cc @andrewkrug does SSO Dashboard still depend on this?
