[BUG]: Error when running Generate Podcast after adding a blank row in the speaker configuration section

Description

In the Main version of the project and running a local install, I encountered an error when a blank row was added to the speaker configuration section and then I hit generate podcast.

Reproduction

1. Run blueprint from local install
2. Go to streamlit app
3. Add a blank row in the speaker configuration section
4. Hit Generate Podcast

Relevant log output

Expected behavior

I would expect the the process to ignore the blank row and generate with whatever is in the table otherwise
