Problem with wrong CA names #105

In cases where the CA name is wrong, convergence does not work and should be disabled in order to access the website.
For example: "https://google.com/profiles" uses certificate name www.google.com and cannot be accessed with convergence.
There is a (dead) link to this page in http://www.dataliberation.org/takeout-products/profile
