Can't use some names for options #10

I've tried to use a few common names for options that haven't worked with optarg. Examples

  • -1, eg to specify output on one line
  • -A, eg to turn off whatever -a does
  • punctuation, like -?
  • other capital letters, like -D

What would it take to support those as options? I'm happy to assist in adding those capabilities if you're interested.
