https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:languages:python/python-moban exists, and is where plugins should also be submitted.

See also moremoban/moban-handlebars#2 , for some of the things which are needed in this source repo before a package can be created properly.

Also slimish-jinja2 needs to be packaged, with the changes in https://github.com/cliu13/slimish-jinja2 able to be included in the package as a patch file, however those changes should also be submitted upstream to https://github.com/thoughtnirvana/slimish-jinja2 , even if it looks to be abandoned.

A separate patch upstream for thoughtnirvana/slimish-jinja2#4 would also be useful, as "distribute" is not packaged in openSUSE and they probably do not want it even as a build dependency.
