Allow visitors to search for talks, public companies, and public members

First iteration of this could be a simple Google Search, for example:

site:/www.montrealrb.com/ Nicholas Henry

https://www.google.ca/?gfe_rd=cr&ei=45ZPVpyqAePK8gf9y5mAAg#q=site:%2Fwww.montrealrb.com%2F+Nicholas+Henry

👍 for google. That's easy to implement and search is a useful feature to have.
